Barry was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He immediately found the problem, ordered the necessary part to repair the problem and upon its arrival (several weeks later), returned to complete the job. He was very business-like and I was very satisfied with him.

Barry was great! He was experienced, professional, and provided knowledge to help understand why the issue may be occurring. Regarding Sears Home Services, I would recommend hiring additional staff. I put in the claim on Aug 2nd; Barry could not come to diagnose our broken refrigerator until Aug 11th. He ordered a replacement part and could not come back to install it until Aug 24th. We were without a refrigerator for 22 days. (We threw out a lot of food and had to buy ice and water bottles several times per week for coolers). Overall, Barry's service was great when he was actually available.

Good Afternoon, I want to express my appreciation for the customer service that the technician provided. Before he arrived, I received notification that he was on his way. He arrived shortly after at 8:00 a.m. He politely introduced himself and asked what problems I was experiencing with my refrigerator. Soon after, he assessed and diagnosed what the problem may be. He was very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining what was going on with my appliance. He resolved the issues promptly. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is having appliance issues.

I was very impressed with your service technician, Anthony F. He was very considerate in updating his time of arrival and called to let me know when he would arrive which he did so promptly. He service my washer and gave me helpful information regarding a GE washer. He called my insurance company and informed them what was needed and he let me know what the insurance co had to say. He also informed me that I should have the inside of my dryer cleaned out, that lint collected not only in the lint filter, which I knew about, but also in the inside of the dryer. I had him clean the dryer and it was definitely overdue for a cleaning. I felt that he was a very helpful person and would recommend his service to everyone. Thank you.
