Tony, Found the problem and showed me what the cause was, when I asked him. I wanted to know how I could prevent my machine from malfunctioning in the same manner, in the future, he told me what to do and I really appreciated that!

Technician was very friendly courteous. Cleaned out the lint (for an extra fee of course) but that's the function of the sears warranty. They nickel and dime you for everything.
