When Anthony inspected my washer, for a return service call (water leaking from Machine, he couldn't find the source after checking out the possibilities for the call. He told me he'd run the washer just to see what was making it leak and found the source, repaired it and as I see he explained and showed me the issue and repaired it. Haven't had the chance to use the machine yet though. Anthony came back after I missed his initial visit for repair. I really appreciate Anthony's passion and commitment to his craft. I'd like to request him personally for any future repairs. Sincerely,
