Joe provided me and my family great service. I truly appreciated how Joe walked us through the entire process and kept us informed on how to keep our old fridge working until we could purchase a new one. He was polite, on time and took precautions to protect our floors when movie ing the fridge to repair. I wish all service providers were as great as Joe and hope we can use him again for future repairs.

Mr Anthony and his associate were quite polite My issue was not solved due to uncooperation at the Sears Home warranty level Mr Anthony has been to my house before he is very pleasant he explains what he is doing and is always willing to answer any questions that I may have
