Great additional service with Service Contract

In addition to covering home appliances the Service Contract also provides for a/c and furnace tune-ups. For our first contract service we were given a 9 hour window. In fact, the technician showed up a half hour beyond that. But he was quick and efficient. Five stars for Michael. Hopefully, waiting for service on the next visit will not waste my entire day.

Dealing with the company as a whole was a nightmare and we would have to be desperate to buy and use you again. The technician was the only competent person we dealt with throughout the whole process. Give him a raise!
