Andrew is the best - wish all repairmen were as good as him
Andrew is awesome! Came in quickly after scheduling (right on time - 8am sharp!) and diagnosed the issue immediately. Very personable, and helped us to make the best decision for us on how to proceed. Will use Sears again in the future!

Barry was pleasant and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed our refrigerator issue and quickly and efficiently repaired it. Highly recommend. I just wish Sears could give smaller windows for the repairs. 7AM-6PM is not a window - it requires a full day commitment.
