Technician gets a 5, sears home warranty gets a 1

The technician was nice and patient so I won't fault him for sears' crappy warranty service. This is the third technician to come out for the same problem with my freezer and it still isn't fixed. I've taken off work 3 days to accommodate the ridiculously large service window, had the last technician basically rebuild the whole freezer, and it still doesn't work. The sears warranty has been a complete waste of my time and money. I will be canceling the service and notifying friends, family, and anyone I meet not to get tricked into this warranty. I should have checked Google reviews first because all of the 1 star reviews are accurate. I will be adding my 1 star review on google and will tell everyone to avoid sears warranty at all costs.

Joe was apologetic when he couldn't make the appointment yesterday and made sure that all that was needed to be covered was taken cared of. I was very impressed with his knowledge and openness to show me the problem and how he wanted to take care of it. I appreciated Joe's professionalism and communication.

Joe was early, which worked great for me. He was pleasant and professional and took care of our dishwasher pretty quickly and easily, which also worked great for me. We now have our appliances on the service plan; I was that impressed with the service. I know already it's a great deal.

Kenmore Refrigerator Repair

Very professional and knowledgeable. Discussed various repair options and the benefits of a service plan. I thought the repair was covered under warranty since it was an LG compressor, but found that the Kenmore version was not. Based on the cost of the repair, I declined the service. If I had option for the repair I would have felt very comfortable having Joe perform it.
