Tony D was on time. He was friendly and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and explained the procedure for repair to me. He explained the problem that Samsung refrigerator is running into. He also explained to me the Sears's home warranty policy, but I told him I had a Mike Holmes total home policy in place. He installed the parts and the refrigerator seems to be back to working normal. I am very pleased not only with Tony's service but also Sears.
