I SELDOM MEET PEOPLE OF SUCH HIGH STANDARDS ANY MORE.
HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE SAW AND EXACTLY HOW EXPENSIVE THE REPAIR WOULD BE. HE WAS HONEST THAT THE REPAIR WOULDN'T LAST SO LONG. AND HE EXPLAINED THE SEARS REPAIR PROGRAM BETTER THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, SO, I BOUGHT IT.

I was a disgruntled customer due to the frustration of a leaking washing machine. However, the technician was so polite and nice I felt guilty for not being more patient.
