I was a disgruntled customer due to the frustration of a leaking washing machine. However, the technician was so polite and nice I felt guilty for not being more patient. Eric was very polite and courteous when he arrived and was very tolerant of our big dog. He performed his repairs in a timely manner and showed us the fuse that was the problem. I would highly recommend Eric for any future repairs.
