Joe was very professional and he was able to make the repair very fast. He also had to reset my refrigerator and he did that for me.

Tech was great. The scheduling is terrible and I am considering canceling because of it. Two times I have waited all day and tech didn't show up. Rescheduled for the next day and showed up at the end of the day. Two days wasted for 1/2 hours of work
