Tech was great. The scheduling is terrible and I am considering canceling because of it. Two times I have waited all day and tech didn't show up. Rescheduled for the next day and showed up at the end of the day. Two days wasted for 1/2 hours of work

HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE SAW AND EXACTLY HOW EXPENSIVE THE REPAIR WOULD BE. HE WAS HONEST THAT THE REPAIR WOULDN'T LAST SO LONG. AND HE EXPLAINED THE SEARS REPAIR PROGRAM BETTER THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, SO, I BOUGHT IT.
