Unfortunately, The company he is working for is not. It's like a full-time job trying to get this unit taken care of and actually get a human on the phone. Believe it or not, you can't solve everything with punching a bunch of numbers. And then if I'm lucky enough to get a human, talking to somebody in Columbia....not South Carolina.

Ordered parts, and installed parts. Microwave still not working because of warped door. Could not find one, unit to old. Turned.back to Choice Warranty. Time frame could be faster between ordering parts and installation

Eric did a great job. Your administrative support did a horrible job. I have waited for a repair to my oven since April. Yesterday promise of service was cancelled at 3:00 and everyone in customer service has failed to provide me with contact information above their pay grade
