I shared with Andrew about impossibility of removing agitator plate and he tried the same. He recommended that I run several cycles of tub cleaning using Affresh to try get the tub clean. He did a great job cleaning the dryer.

Joe did an outstanding job of diagnosing the issues with our oven. He offered several alternatives to cover the cost of the repairs, however, the oven is nearly 20 years old and the cost for the repairs would exceed half of the purchase of a new stove/oven.
