We were very pleased with the service call provided by Russell and the fact that he personally called to let us know he'd be arriving shortly. He was respectful of our instructions for parking and entered our home wearing booties. We appreciated his knowledge of the units and giving us information that would help keep the units operating more smoothly and efficiently. He had a very pleasant demeanor, too!

I was very surprised and happy when I was able to book an appt for he next day. But more so when your technician ERIC showed up n time and diagnosed the due. He ordered the part and it arrived in two days AND then he came back the next day. Stove working beautifully now. Sears you're doing something right. The service you provided from start to finish was EXCEPTIONAL!!! The tech was great. He claimed everything and took time n diagnosing the problem. He knew his stuff and worked quickly and was helpful in assisting us. Thank you Eric for all your help.
