The service that Daniel provided was awesome. He is so pleasant to work with. He explained to us what he was doing as he fixed our refrigerator so we could understand what went wrong. I have used Sears in the past and will continue using them in the future. The only thing I want to say I am not pleased with the scheduling process. We had a confirmed appointment on 01/20 and no one showed up and without a phone call from your office. We checked several times on the text that was sent to reschedule and the dates were too far out. Then another text came in with a scheduled date of 01/22. Things were taken care of on that date by Daniel. Please review your scheduling process and the customer service that needs to be provided.
