Joe was fantastic - the problem is with the manufacturers defect in the LG fridge. We cannot replace the water filter. We end up calling for service every time it needs to be replaced because they won't fix the problem or replace the fridge.

Technician Provided Excellent Service. He was courteous - professional and informative as per proper use of detergent a technical differences of newer washing machine model vs old school models. I am very pleased with the service I received and I feel more confident in my Sears Service Contract.

Paul was the 4th technician scheduled for my appliance repair, the other technicians canceled when they learned last minute that they had to enter military housing. The technicians unfortunately aren't given alll details in advance. Paul showed poise under pressure, came through security and didn't cancel on me. Diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. So grateful
