dryer drum replaced
Eric was called when was 30 minutes away, arrived, placed the part. ran the dryer check all the mechanisms and sensors, made load suggestions. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Eric was very courteous and got right to work. He had the dryer fixed within 30 minutes. Very efficient. But unfortunately, Sears, canceled the original repair appointment 3 times and it took 3 weeks for a technician to come. This was not Eric's fault.
