Eric was very polite very great customer service. RepairmanI would recommend him to anyone that needs help on an issue with a dryer washer he fixed the problem. The issue was solved. Thank you so much. He is hospitality. It was great. I would recommend if anyone needs any repairs to call Sears. I thought it was Going to be pricey, but it wasn't. I was satisfied in Eric's customer service.

The technician was great, however Sears Protect has a lot of work to do when it comes to customer service. 1. Online chat doesn't give the options needed to address customer issues, the word "OTHER" should be implemented as an option. 2. Don't make appointments when there is not enough technicians to service the customer. My appointment was rescheduled 4 times having to wait all day and no one showed up.. 3. Most of all customers have no way to speak with a human without having to be on the phone &/or online pushing buttons for hours getting know where. Sears Protect you need to do better.
