5 stars easily ! He is friendly,educated,professional and a patient as well as better than just good teacher. His helper ( I wish I knew his name) will be an asset to Sears for many years. When they left and we said our thank yous and goodbyes.....I was actually a bit sad that they won't be back. If these two men are indicative of the people Sears hires....." Ya done 👍 good". My wife and I woke up yesterday morning to find our 1st floor ac unit was not cooling. Hop online to my home warranty company 2-3 hours later Sears answered to come out on 8/20/25. I rescheduled for today, Tanner showed up, a gentle giant, he was very nice and professional. Keep up the good work, Tanner!
