Mike gracefully handled the Obstreperous Whirlpool Refridgerator that has been emitting a siren-like noise since 1 AM last night. A small piece of ice buildup where the water would be attached for making ice was the problem. This unit has never been hooked up to water so we all consider it an appliance mystery. It costs $429 to have a professional remove a small ice drip. According to Mike there was nothing i could have done to prevent this water drip from forming into a small frozen piece that would create such a HUGE noise. Luckily Mike understood my financial distress and gave me a coupon so that some of the payment was levereged into a one year warranty. These days i think thats the best outcome anyone could hope for. I watched Mike perform the repair so that next time…I know to unscrew the back panel and remove any ice. That’s life!

Technician was amazing! Schedulers are terrible! Canceled my appointment a few times. I was without a working fridge for 9 weeks.
