The technician never showed up and wrote a fake service report saying he showed up and looked at the washer. The technician is a liar and committed fraud. Can't believe Sears has people this dishonest working for them. This technician should be fired and arrested for committing fraud. Saying he did a job when he never even showed up.

The service visit was useless. The repairman told us things we already knew and did little to try to diagnose the problem. We are left with the same leaky dryer. We will avoid using sears for repairs in the future.

I'm very frustrated that a part was shown as delivered for our dryer, but no one could locate where the part was delivered to. I even made some calls myself. They reordered the part with another appointment for tomorrow and I called to inquire about the part and they don't even have a tracking number for it?! I want a refund because they make you pay in advance!! Three weeks we've been waiting and no call, email or text on the status of the part or our service call. I will go somewhere else. Horrible customer service system to deal with and no follow up!

Terrible service. Initial technician ordered a wrong part which was discovered by another technician who discovered that we needed another part. This part has been on backorder for 3 weeks. Constant followups to customer service has led nowhere. Each time Im told my issue has been escalated to parts. One time a rep told me the part was on the way. A complete fabrication. Meanwhile my credit card has been charged $700 and the washer isnt fixed. I have left a poor rating in several areas. This seems more and more like a scam

Service technician did the worst job yesterday. He opened the washer dryer combo and replaced some part in dryer. However he ruined the washer timer knob and as a result we cannot use the washer dryer combo anymore. Sears need to send another technician to correct the problem their technician created.
