Outstanding young man did the repair. Great hire. Just renewed my service with A&E and it was a bit high price wise for the small belt replacement that I said was the issue. Still a very good repairman. He gets a double thumbs up.

The technician they sent was very thorough, friendly, courteous and informative. He d I d a good job and explained what he was doing. He also showed me what the problem was. I didn't have to pay because I had insurance to cover it.
