I hadn't used my kenmore dishwasher in 10 years because it wasn't draining. Decided to call Sears to see if it was worth fixing. Jacob was our young tech who found the problem and fixed it, saving me 600.00 for a new one. Im glad Sears still provides t his service and while you are at it give Jacob a plaque and congrats.

Service Tech was able to diagnose the cause of the broken washing machine (replaced broken actuator). Checked the washing machine thoroughly. The charge was higher than I anticipated. However, at a minimum the washing machine is used once or twice a week. They arrived on time. He explained the problem. He completed the job in a reasonable time..

Outstanding young man did the repair. Great hire. Just renewed my service with A&E and it was a bit high price wise for the small belt replacement that I said was the issue. Still a very good repairman. He gets a double thumbs up.
