The technician was very kind and helpful with the repair of our refrigerator. Had a part that was damaged and needed someone to pinpoint the problem and was able to find it quick and easy.

Very impressed with this service. The response time was next day and Jermaine was excellent. He diagnosed and fixed them problem quickly and efficiently, respected and cleaned the area in the kitchen and showed me that the ice machine was working before he left. Price was very reasonable. A great first experience with Sears and would recommend to others and use again!
