Although my problem couldn’t be resolved, the technician was efficient and professional. Edited to add that the problem couldn't be resolved because parts are no longer available for my dryer.

Jermaine was on time, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and efficient. He located the sound and identified it as the ice-maker we had never had hooked up and don't need. He removed it, checked for any other problems, returned the freezer to its normal state and cleaned the entire area in which he worked. He is the epitome of excellence in his work ethic. The service person was excellent, really knew his stuff. However, the customer service not so. Was told to call a number to set up an appointment, called and was told there were none available and to go online. Did so and was told to call the same phone number-it was crazy.
