The service person was excellent, really knew his stuff. However, the customer service not so. Was told to call a number to set up an appointment, called and was told there were none available and to go online. Did so and was told to call the same phone number-it was crazy.

Jermaine was very thorough in his work and communication me, as the home owner. He was able to troubleshoot my refrigerator issue, respect the space, and handle my son really well. Such a positive first Sear's experience.
