The Sears Technician is very experienced and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the wiring problem/issue that other Technicians previously missed. We've been several months without a working refrigerator, living out of coolers and buying ice every other day is costly. We hope to quickly hear back from Sears on what next steps are necessary to get our refrigerator repaired for good. I remain optimistic that Sears will continue to honor their warranty commitments. Tony, my service tech was great. Diagnosed the issue on visit 1, had the needed parts shipped here and ready for visit 2 where he installed and tested them. Very good service.
