While the tech was pleasant I purchased the maintenance plan because I was told they would be changing out filters when they came to make sure everything was in good working condition. At prior maintenance they did but when this tech came he said he didn’t have them and wouldn’t be changing them.

The repair man was a nice and courteous individual but was unable to figure out why my washing machine keeps leaking out water. In addition, even though my washing machine was not fixed, I still was charged a deductible.

Does not make ice still. Send someone different the tech did not know what he was doing and left without testing it.

After about 3 mins of talking with the original tech, he diagnosed that the LED lights needed to be replaced, he did not diagnose anything at all. So he ordered tje 2 fixtures and said he would be back on Sat, this wasfter

My machine was broken which sucked but Scott made derogatory comments about my job the made me feel uncomfortable. I would never invite Sears back into my home. The flat rate for 5 mins of work to tell my my machine was broken. Also trying to over sell a 5 dollar screw for 42 dollars and a 300 dollar part for 420 dollars was crazy. I understand making money on their end but that, in addition to devaluing my role in society, I wasn’t a fan. I didn’t even give him the chance to try to sell me a new machine, I wanted him out of my house.

Awful service. Given an 8am to 5pm window with minimal to zero communication in between and then appointment was cancelled at the last minute both times. Very poor communication.

I can’t speak for Jacob’s service because he never showed up for my appointment. I did not receive a courtesy call either. If I had, this entire situation could have been avoided. He arrived at the wrong address, serviced their dryer which was NOT broken, and I received an email with the total I was charged!! And that my service was complete. I tried calling every number provided on any one of my 10,000 confirmation emails to no avail. The only human I was able to speak to was unable to contact the technician or anyone that could help for that matter. They did schedule me for another appointment which I did not approve and will most certainly be cancelling. TBD how I will resolve this as I have now been charged for a service call that I never received with seemingly zero repercussions.
