I can’t speak for Jacob’s service because he never showed up for my appointment. I did not receive a courtesy call either. If I had, this entire situation could have been avoided. He arrived at the wrong address, serviced their dryer which was NOT broken, and I received an email with the total I was charged!! And that my service was complete. I tried calling every number provided on any one of my 10,000 confirmation emails to no avail. The only human I was able to speak to was unable to contact the technician or anyone that could help for that matter. They did schedule me for another appointment which I did not approve and will most certainly be cancelling. TBD how I will resolve this as I have now been charged for a service call that I never received with seemingly zero repercussions.

Not recommended. $140 diagnostic fee wasted. And my time. Appliance serviced by manufacturer who replaced faulty part.

The issue with the microwave sparking is not caused by food splatter. For a tech to tell us that sparking is caused by food splatter is absolutely absurd.

The first tech Came in early June he was coming back in 3 weeks and never came back. The second technician was supposed to come today and didn’t show. Worst service ever! I’ll be researching alternatives this weekend and canceling this service.

Repair technician called to diagnose a 5 year old LG fridge that wasn’t cooling. After opening the fridge and confirming it wasn’t cold, he “diagnosed” that the compressor had gone bad and needed to be replaced. He didn’t open the back of the fridge or even pull it out from the wall. Furthermore, Sears Home Services refuses to supply LG with an email address so LG can send warranty authorization for the compressor part, which is still covered. I want my so-called “diagnosis fee” refunded.
