Michael was great. He came on time each time he was scheduled, worked diligently to get the job done (even going to a hardware store to buy more drill bits) and was able to refund me for unused parts. I would highly recommend him!

Two techs needed to remove the microwave oven for service. Despite some extra work needed to remove trim from the cabinets in order to dismount the oven, then carried on smoothly to complete the repair quickly.
