Our service technician was able to replace the pump in our LG washer in 35 minutes. He was very efficient and had obviously replaced many of these pumps before. It probably would have taken me 2 hours to do the same.

Single roller to be replaced. Part was over 100 while repair fee over 350. Took slightly more than an hour. A new dryer is only 1000. However the technician was very good so the five stars is for him.
