complaint with making appointment
trying to make a apt was terrible. I called3days that showed I had a apt and never had a service tec show up because every day I called they said I didn't have an apt. 3 days of staying home cost me money. The people you try to talk to and set up apt don't know what they are doing and you can't understand them. You are loosing money because people like myself would like to talk to someone in U.S.

Top notch service, Sears cost for the fix terrible
David was fantastic and did his job as a professional! I do however have a problem with Sears and their tactics for repairs. They are trying to get the customer to buy the extended warranty and service plan, so they make the repair cost outrageously high to try and get that to happen . This repair, if you include travel time of 1.5 hours took less then 2 hours total, no new parts were needed. They charged a fixed cost of $480 which works out to $240/hour and if you don't include travel time works out to $960/hour. That is absolutely ridiculous.
