Mike was great. Responsive, timely, and helpful. Unfortunately our issue could not be resolved with the part. Your AI system is horrible. Entered incorrect name and address in the system and we could not change it. Correct name and address is: Ted Novakowski 4 Ridgewood Drive Old Saybrook, CT 06475

Dave did an excellent job with great customer service.i would add the scheduling system leaves you hanging. We had our follow up appointment rescheduled from automated system yet when I chatted with human it was confirmed.
