Our service technician was able to replace the pump in our LG washer in 35 minutes. He was very efficient and had obviously replaced many of these pumps before. It probably would have taken me 2 hours to do the same.

David and Sears provided me with some much needed relief. The belt in my dryer needed to be replaced. David knew how to open the dryer, and get it done quickly and professionally. The service cost what they said it would and there was no pressure toward an upsale at all.
