Mike was great! He had to visit us at least 4 times to correctly solve all the problems that our dishwasher hit him with, but his persistence paid off with an appliance that now works like it is supposed to & always had til the current problems started, He has also fixed our refrigerator twice & our microwave. He is definitely a very knowledgable technician & is a pleasure to have working in our home! He definitely deserves a raise!! Ed Raccio
