Chad came to trouble shoot our ice maker that has been replaced twice and still not creating any ice. Chad found that the fan blades in the lower freezer unit had fallen off. He took everything apart and re attached the fan blades, hopefully now we will get some ice. Chad was great

David promptly replaced the non-functioning component (ice-maker unit). During testing, he discovered the failure was actually due to a defective wiring harness issue that had disrupted power to the ice-maker. This manufacturing defect is unrepairable. David explaining our options under the terms of our Extended Warranty Plan. He was courteous and respectful of my home while working.
