I am very frustrated, because the second dianostic enter in contradiction with the first one. The first dianostic(7/3/24) state that repair my refrigerator I had to pay about 600 dls (labor) and something more for the parts. ( please see estimate). The second dianostic(7/10/24) state that my refrigerator doesn't have solution, so , I paid 126 dls for a false dianostic ( first one). Please I need my money back as soon as possible. Mr. Rodriguez

Dave is a knowledgeable and thorough technician. I would recommend this tech to come out and repair any of my appliances. I can’t say much about good about the company itself since I lost 4 days of work over a repair.

When I finally received all the parts and was able to schedule a repair date, the technician was excellent. He knew exactly what he was doing on both machines. He was the best part of my experience. The scheduling (language barrier) and parts delivery left much to be desired!
