When I finally received all the parts and was able to schedule a repair date, the technician was excellent. He knew exactly what he was doing on both machines. He was the best part of my experience. The scheduling (language barrier) and parts delivery left much to be desired!

I had Stephen come out and he was super kind, professional and informative. He ended up fixing my washer which I had been having problems with and couldn’t fix myself. He did a bunch of troubleshooting and finally found the problem. It was quick yet thorough. Would absolutely recommend, especially Stephen.
