My washing machine was not functioning correctly. So I found this service on Google and decided to give it a try. It was a painless experience. I was given a window of 8 AM to 5 PM. On that day, I received a text very early and knew what time they would be here. The technician was timely, even showed up a few minutes early, which is great. He was able to quickly diagnose my problem and came up with a solution. He also showed me a couple of ways to troubleshoot the next time that I have any problems. Payment method was very easy. They take check or card. I wish I could remember the technician name so I could give him credit. Very quick, efficient and professional. Illl use this service again and would recommend.
