The technician was fabulous. However, the delays in our appointment, waiting for the technician 3 different times from 8am-5pm and waiting for parts to be sent, the experience overall was a NIGHTMARE! I would never recommend Sears warranty. It wasn’t worth it! The tech was good but the service overall was a nightmare.

The tech was very informative but broke a part during troubleshooting. The same tech replaced the broken part with the wrong replacement part. Because of this, the freezer wasn't working. A new service call showed that the recently replaced part was not the right part and was not completely plugged in because it could not be.
