Mike, the repairman was great. The new system using AI which prohibits me from talking to a human at all ever is a horrible development. Also, AI or Sears must now be overbooking appointments by a lot. Sears had cancelled 5 or 6 appointments on me recently. I am stuck in the house waiting all day - the appointment is set for any time from 8:00 till 5:00 - only to have the visit cancelled. As I noted, this has happened to me several times. Very bad, very inconsiderate,
