Our technician, Rob, arrived as anticipated, was polite, professional and took the time to explain his service as he conducted our preventive maintenance under our extended warranty coverage. He was purpose driven and concluded his work in a timely manner, finishing with a good report on our washer and dryer. He represents a positive image and top notch employee and has earned our recommendation!

Keith, the contractor for Sears Appliance Repair, saved us and our home from a potential fire! After determining that our Samsung dryer itself was not the cause of it not heating properly (and not drying clothes), he investigated our electrical hook-up. By shining a flashlight into the 240-volt outlet, he saw that it was damaged. (The day before, a floor refinishing contractor had used the outlet the previous day.) Keith recommended that an electrician install a new outlet, which we were able to accomplish immediately. Keith also gave our old reliable Kenmore washer a quick look and the thumb's up. I really appreciated the late night online booking service, which was able to schedule Keith for the following morning. Sears provided timing updates that allowed me to keep a doctor's appointment. I appreciated Keith's politeness, honesty and thoroughness in diagnosing the whole problem--not just the dryer. Thank you, Keith and Sears!
