David did an amazing job repairing our dryer! He had to come back a total of three times. Once to diagnose it, the second time to put the new parts in and the third time to put new parts in again because the first set of parts were faulty. David is very professional, knowledgeable and polite! Thanks again David for everything!

Was very satisfied with techs performance as he took the time to throughly check the issues with my fridge and diagnosed it properly versus the last tech who fausley diagnosed the fridge as he didn’t troubleshoot a thing but rather just stuck his hand over back wall vent and claimed the fridge coil was no good when it wasn’t the coil but rather the fan that was the issue. Michael worked on my appliances a few months back and did an awesome job compared to a majority of techs that have been to my home over all the years that I’ve been doing business with Sears. Highly recommend people request Michael as I will be doing moving forward
