Was very satisfied with techs performance as he took the time to throughly check the issues with my fridge and diagnosed it properly versus the last tech who fausley diagnosed the fridge as he didn’t troubleshoot a thing but rather just stuck his hand over back wall vent and claimed the fridge coil was no good when it wasn’t the coil but rather the fan that was the issue. Michael worked on my appliances a few months back and did an awesome job compared to a majority of techs that have been to my home over all the years that I’ve been doing business with Sears. Highly recommend people request Michael as I will be doing moving forward

The technician was very professional and was very knowledgeable of the unit as well as explaining all the repairs that he was doing the very comfortable with this gentleman working on my unit would recommend them highly and would appreciate it if I could have him work on any of my other units that may need service in the future thank you very much Joseph for your helping assistance

Michael was BEYOND helpful when it came to servicing my appliances. First time ever did a tech actually take the time to go through and check EVERYTHING with each appliance as well a find/clean areas that were never checked by previous techs that came to do the job over the past ump years (as my dishwasher showed upon checking it this time round). I was very impressed as well as very happy with the service and would most certainly request the same tech to do my appliance maintenance moving forward
