The first 3 appointments to fix my leaking refrigerator, on one showed up and there was no phone call of explanation. I could not discuss the disconnect because I could only converse with a recording (no human). When a repair man finally came - he did an excellent job. Quick and efficient. Problem was solved, no muss no fuss.

The Technician was fabulous; knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The communication however through the portal is terrible. Chat is with a ChatBot, not a live person. My appointment was rescheduled at 4:50pm the day of my appointment, after I had taken the day off from work so I could be available all day. There is no one to communicate with. You just receive an auto text.

All technicians were professional and knowledgeable. However, scheduling is atrocious. From the initial call for service to the actual repair, it took over 5 weeks, causing me to miss work due to the constant daily cancellations. This needs to be rectified.

I've had the sear warranty Cinch for about 8 years now. All the Sears technicians that have came to my house have been very pleasant and have completed the job well. On the other hand if your ever trying to get ahold of somone over the phone be prepared to be on the phone for a hour plus. When you finally get intouch with somone they will just give you the run around because not one person you talk to knows whats going on with you appointment or parts or when somone will be able to come fix anything. Unfortunately I've had more then one terrible experience and after having to use the warranty a few separate occasions and having similar experiences i will be canceling.

The tech was great— when they finally showed up! We were given a 9 hour window(!!?) 8am-5pm on 12/22 and no one showed. They called at 5:30pm to say all techs had become ‘unavailable’ and rescheduled for 4 DAYS later. (We were hosting Christmas with no refrigerator!) We were given another 9 hour window where we had to be home on 12/26. They again no-showed. Called at 5:30pm with the same line. 2 days off trying to juggle 3 kids and make sure my wife or I was home and they just didn’t come. Finally, on the 3rd try, ANOTHER 3 days later on 12/29, they came at 2pm and the tech was great. The sheer unprofessionalism in scheduling mandates 1 star. Two consecutive 8 hour windows and they can’t get there- completely unacceptable.
