I will never do repairs with this company again, worse service ever. The repair guy was fine, but dealing with all the AI stuff was really bad. I was told when I set up the date for service that both my washer and dryer would be done on the same day. They were not. You get a 8 to 5 time slot. So, now you wait all day. They only have 1 repair guy for half the state. I think my time is worth more than that. I have more complaints, but it's not worth it anymore. I am done.

It's a shame you won't order OEM parts from the very beginning but try to cheap out with aftermarket parts. Was it REALLY worth it? This is the 5th or 6th time this repair person was here in two months we have not had a washing machine. All over a motor. This could have so easily been resolved in one shot, rather than 5-6 attempts over 8 weeks. Sorry but this is just crazy. You're trying to save a few dollars and look at the gas, and time you had to pay for 5-6 repairs for one problem. Could have saved SO much time and money just buying the right part and telling ALL your mechanics, hey guys... you have the LIBERTY to do it once, do it right the first time.

I was extremely disappointed that after I filled out a form online reporting an issue with the lid lock of my washing machine and the repair guy showed up not knowing why I had a service request. Charged me $126 to tell what I already told them - my lid lock is broken. They ten quote almost $500 to repair it. $500 can buy me a new washing machine. Maybe i woukd have paid and fixed but he didn't show up with the part for the issuee reported. This is criminal. Complete waste of my time and money.

All technicians were professional and knowledgeable. However, scheduling is atrocious. From the initial call for service to the actual repair, it took over 5 weeks, causing me to miss work due to the constant daily cancellations. This needs to be rectified.

Dave acted like he didn't really want to be here I will not use this service again. He came in opened the dryer and said we need a new motor which was over $900.00 ! A complete waste of $126.00 in contrast to the previous tech that came out to fix the washer who was patient and thorough and got it done.

I've had the sear warranty Cinch for about 8 years now. All the Sears technicians that have came to my house have been very pleasant and have completed the job well. On the other hand if your ever trying to get ahold of somone over the phone be prepared to be on the phone for a hour plus. When you finally get intouch with somone they will just give you the run around because not one person you talk to knows whats going on with you appointment or parts or when somone will be able to come fix anything. Unfortunately I've had more then one terrible experience and after having to use the warranty a few separate occasions and having similar experiences i will be canceling.

The tech was great— when they finally showed up! We were given a 9 hour window(!!?) 8am-5pm on 12/22 and no one showed. They called at 5:30pm to say all techs had become ‘unavailable’ and rescheduled for 4 DAYS later. (We were hosting Christmas with no refrigerator!) We were given another 9 hour window where we had to be home on 12/26. They again no-showed. Called at 5:30pm with the same line. 2 days off trying to juggle 3 kids and make sure my wife or I was home and they just didn’t come. Finally, on the 3rd try, ANOTHER 3 days later on 12/29, they came at 2pm and the tech was great. The sheer unprofessionalism in scheduling mandates 1 star. Two consecutive 8 hour windows and they can’t get there- completely unacceptable.
