My refrigerator still isn't producing ice after the 9th service visit, and the built-in lighted shelves are still blinking every eight seconds or so.

would say the only thing he could do better is sell me on a new unit. He quoted me on the job but was very expensive which doesn't make sense for a washing machine.

Terrible service. For the first assessment, they canceled 3 times our appt. Then, when the technician, finally, came he ordered the part and he scheduled the appt for a Saturday. The appt got canceled, and they did not let us know. We found out through the website and they never gave a reason for the cancellation. I called all the numbers and you never get a live agent. It is an AI agent which will not help you in any way. Even called the number Sears provides on these reviews and it is the same AI agent.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. They repaired my dryer in Feb. It started squeaking again in March. I could not talk to a human being. I tried 100 different ways to get a hold of them. They could not link it to my account. I then received a call from the person who said they were on the way, and he never showed. Then the appointment showed up as cancelled. The AI assistance on the phone stated that they could not find the appointment under either my phone or the order number, which I gave several times. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE OVERPRICED AND PROVIDE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Use someone local. UPDATE... the response below proo es my point. The number provided goes to an AU assistant which will NEVER let you speak to a person. I had recieved 6 confirmations for said Aai assistant before the technician failed to show. Their AI is not ready to handle customers without human intervention. I will NEVER use sears again, i highly advise against using Sears as well! What a downfall for such an old school, reliable company.
