Michael was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He quickly located the source of a refrigerator water and ice dispenser hose leak originating at a connection on our GE refrigerator. He explained exactly what needed to be done to replace the hose and the cost involved. The repairs were made and the refrigerator water dispenser is now working without any issues. I would welcome Michael back for any future appliance repairs.
