There is no service. They sent me an email with tracking of the repairman to arrive at 9:57 AM At 9:57 the tracking changed to arr Ving between 8 AM and 5 Pm. At around three o’clock they cancelled. I tried to speak to a live person and they said they only have AI representation. I will never buy another sears product again!

Electrolux made me an appointment for a Monday. I get a call from c &E the next day saying they have to come tuesday. I say ok. They say they will call Monday they didn't. Come to find out they were meaning a tuesday 2 weeks from the week we had agreed on. Yet they failed to mention it. The level of uncaring and BS is really amazing. DONT USE THEY are lost. IMagine how they "fix" things

Scott did a great job, but I had to wait over 4 weeks to get the work done. Parts were ordered on the 7th of July and received on the 11th of July. I was not able to get an appointment until 30 July 2025. Call your service, and I got an AI customer Rep who was not able to answer any of my questions about why it would take so long to repair the Dryer. I tried several times to get a live agent and still ended up with an AI customer rep who gave me the same spiel. Repair dates were changed. You need to get a real person to speak to, not a scripted AI.

After 5 weeks of dealing with the worthless call center. Being told there was no manager. Finding out the address on the website is bogus, they finally sent out a very nice service tech named Mike who fixed my fridge. This awful company doesn't deserve someone like him.

I was not home and the technician said the washing machine was working after replacing many parts the water was not turned on yet and he did not wait until my wife turned it on once she did she did a load and it did not rinse it's the same problem we're having previously. Try to reschedule technician but Sears says I have to wait 24 to 48 hours now what an inconvenience to not have a washing machine
