toni P,
Reliable with good communication. They will try to sell you a service warranty though. Technician was very friendly and honest with the repair estimate.

Robin G,
Started great, Technician showed up to diagnosis, order the parts delivered directly to me, scheduled the repair then on the day of the repair, nobody showed up. I tried calling several numbers and it was an endless AI loop. Very frustrating experience. There should be an option for a human. I rescheduled the repair using the AI and second time was a charm. Someone showed up. Overall, it was easy to schedule, parts showed up, even easy to reschedule. Communication is via text with a link to the online site and its consistent. Does let you know estimated time of arrival. The fact I had a no show for initial repair and was in an AI loop and no human, was beyond frustrating. I recommend if you have a technician come out and diagnosis a repair, only pay for the parts and not the labor. Finish the payment after they show up for the repair. Technicians were professional and did their job well. It was an experience of what the future looks like. AI with no human in the loop anymore.
Liza B,
Customer service response - We apologize for the frustration with the no-show and AI loop, Liza. Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad the technicians were professional and did their job well.
Sears Home Services on 1783720735965
sally B,
This comment is for the SECOND part of the call, for the service provided on 7/25. The tech called when he was on his way, but didn't leave a voicemail message. I was at work, so he did go to my residence, and fortunately someone was home to let him in. I believe he completed the repair, but he did not apply the 20% discount for booking online, so I am now having to work with your resolution team for that refund. Unfortunately, the repair didn't resolve the issue, so I am still waiting for Sears to come to my house yet again to work on the freezer. Oh, this has been an issue since 7/20, and today is 7/31. But in all fairness, he did have to wait for the part to come in, a situation the tech didn't have any control over. It's rather discouraging that a customer can't speak to anyone besides an appointment scheduler on the phone. And it takes 24 to 48 hours for a supervisor to reply by email? And then doesn't?? That really points to the need for a new system in your customer service department. So as to the repair tech, he showed up and did what he could do. As for customer service and customer satisfaction after the fact, that's pretty much lacking.
