While our repair tech couldn't repair our washer he was able to retrieve our clothes and give us good advice on a replacement. He was kind, courteous, and efficient.

The technician, Marc, fixed the issue in a timely and efficient manner so the five stars is for him. The issue is the price. It was expensive for a 15 minute fix.

Marc showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He determined what the problem was and told me he would have to come back, the part was $80 and labor was $380. Paid $126 for that information. Seriously with the labor?
