I didn't catch his name, my husband greeted him (Technician ID 0000843) - he was great. Unfortunately the repair was going to cost almost as much a purchasing a new dryer, so we're purchasing a new dryer rather than fixing this one. Great service all around from appt to service - will definitely use again and recommend - Thanks!

They correctly reinstalled a part that I had removed in a misguided attempt to access an item jamming the oven warming drawer. I was trying to get at it through the oven floor - no good. After that, I was able to unjam it through an opening in the rear of the oven, after pulling it out from its space. Then I did not get the oven part back in correctly, so I called. (FYI: Do NOT call them to unjam a stuck drawer - they said they do not do this. This is strictly DIY.)
